生体由来の液性サンプルのNOx分析に力を発揮します。

・感度は 0.1 pmol の硝酸イオンおよび亜硝酸イオン

・生体サンプルでも硝酸イオン、亜硝酸イオンのピークがきれいに分かれます。

・両成分を一回のインジェクションで測定できます。

・分析時間は10分以下

・容易なサンプル前処理 

・サンプル処理後はオートサンプラーを用いて、フル自動分析が可能です。

測定原理

エイコム酸化窒素分析システム ENO-30型は、試料中の亜硝酸窒素(NO  )、硝酸窒素(NO  )をカラムで分離した後

NO が酸性溶液中で芳香族第一アミンと反応して生じるジアゾ化合物に、芳香族アミン類を加えてカップリングして

じるジアゾ化合物の赤色の吸光度を測定します。NO は流路系に設置された還元カラムにより NO に還元されます。

吸光度は濃度に比例しているため定量が可能となります。このジアゾ化合物の赤色反応は環境関係の酸化窒素測定システ

ムで使われている確立された方法で、安定性に優れた高感度分析法です。
